The biggest stars in country music will face off at the 49th annual Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday. This year, the award show will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena at in Las Vegas starting at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.

For the second consecutive year, the three-hour extravaganza will be hosted by Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan. It will also include performances by many big acts, such as The Band Perry, Miranda Lambert, Florida Georgia Line, and Brad Paisley, who will debut his new single "River Bank," reports CBS News.

Other performers in the lineup include Bryan, Shelton, Lee Brice, Tim McGraw, Darius Rucker, Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Brett Eldredge, Hunter Hayes, Toby Keith, Justin Moore, Kip Moore, Shakira, George Strait, Keith Urban, and Lady Antebellum with Stevie Nicks. Plus, Dierks Bentley will team up with Sheryl Crow for a rendition of "I Hold On."

With seven nominations each, Lambert and McGraw are the top nominees. Following behind is Keith Urban with six nods, along with Taylor Swift, Blake Shelton, Kacey Musgraves, and Lee Brice, who each have five nods.

Blake Shelton, George Strait, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert and Taylor Swift will compete for the Entertainer of the Year award. The singers competing for the Album of the Year award are Blake Shelton for "Based on a True Story..."; Luke Bryan for "Crash My Party"; Florida Georgia Line "Here's to the Good Times"; Kacey Musgraves for "Same Trailer Different Park"; and Tim McGraw for "Two Lanes of Freedom."

Last year, the show was watched by more than 15 million, marking its strongest showing in more than a decade, reports the LA Times.
