The 64GB original Surface tablet can be purchased at a cheaper price than its 32GB model courtesy of the online Microsoft Store.

Touted as the "Best price of the season," the 64GB Surface tablet has been priced at $329, which is a $120 savings from the original $449 price.

The 64GB Surface with the black Touch Cover can also be purchased for $429, which is a $70 savings from the original $499 price.

The online Microsoft Store is also offering a Touch Cover for $49.99 with the purchase of the Surface tablet. Potential customers can select the additional Touch Cover after they have clicked "Add to Cart."

The 32GB Surface tablet is out of stock as its price was at $349 while the 32GB model with the black Touch cover is available for $399.

Meanwhile, the Surface 2 tablet is sold out. The 32GB and 64GB variants are listed as "Out of stock" on the online Microsoft Store.

The Surface Pro 2 is also out of stock. The 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB can't be purchased from the online Microsoft Store despite also offering the $49.99 Touch Cover deal as well.

The online Microsoft store has been offering free shipping and free returns of the Surface tablets.
