Ben Affleck is in a situation that can be considered a little more than awkward.

New rumors surface that his kids' former nanny is pregnant amid speculation that they had been "intimate" while in the Bahamas.

The "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" star's rumored affair with his kids' nanny continued to plague the actor even after numerous denials and even threats of legal action from his camp, Mercury News stated.

The 42-year-old actor allegedly had a month-long affair with 28-year-old Christine Ouzounian, whom he and his now-ex-wife Jennifer Garner hired to take care of their kids, nine-year-old Violet, six-year-old Seraphina, and three-year-old Samuel.

The issue heated up after a little more than a month following Affleck and Garner's divorce announcement when more rumors surfaced about Ouzounian being pregnant.

Alleged worries that the actor has about this, however, was immediately categorized by E! News' sources as "not true" under the circumstances. Some find it quite odd that the pregnancy rumor surfaced after the alleged affair was spread over the Internet.

Affleck's camp also denied that the affair, which became an Internet sensation after being dubbed the "Nannygate Scandal," had been the reason why the couple announced their separation after 10 years of rocky marriage.

"This was not the reason they announced the separation. It was one of many things," an unnamed source told E! News.

"Ben is absolutely not dating anyone. There is nothing physical of romantic between Ben and Christine. Dating is not his focus and it hasn't been his focus throughout the separation period. He was tired of Jen's negative energy and constant berating-but that does not mean he cheated," the source added.

The A-list couple, who began seeing hearts in each other's eyes back when they both starred in "Daredevil," terminated Ouzounian's employment as their children's caretaker on July . They announced their divorce the day before.

A couple of days after, however, photos of Affleck and the former nanny surfaced showing how the two were "hanging out" despite Ouzounian's employment termination.

According to another E! News source, Ouzounian "tipped off the paparazzi" to take those photos.

Affleck's representative described this as "a shameful ploy to stay relevant for the magazine."

The representative said that the reports of the rumored affair are just part of "tabloid journalism hiding behind blind sources," adding that the actor's camp would be taking legal action on this matter.
