Vehicle soccer game Rocket League is now available without any fee for PlayStation 4 gamers who have subscribed to PlayStation Plus.

Metro said the cars in this game are now faster and "more manoeuvrable," making it one of the most entertaining games there is in the market.

"This time developer Psyonix has realised that the whole simplicity thing also applies to the name," explained the same report. Metro also said that it was great that the game is offered for free for a month.

Metro also reported that the game can enable cars to do a forward roll into the air and do other silly activities.

A similar Polygon report added that the game is "basically soccer," but instead of kicking the ball using your feet, you drive it using a rocket-powered battle car.

"A car that can break the sound barrier, and can perform tumbling maneuvers, hence the supersonic and acrobatic superlatives," read the Polygon's description of the car.

There is also a feature of the game where the car can roll in any direction, allowing players to reposition their cars to save themselves

"The controls are expertly balanced, and despite the basic visuals, there's an impressive attention to detail. The controller rumbles subtly as you dribble, and the screen shakes whenever you touch the ball - with a strike proceeded by a fighting game style pause to drive home the power of the shot," added Metro.

There is, however, a concern for players in terms of physics engine which make players feel like they are "driving around on the moon," and that it is also hard to keep track of the ball at given times.

Gamepur adds that the developer Psyonix is aware of the game's issues but is not really giving clear answer to the concerns of the players. The issues, according to the same report, has something to do with the online part of the game currently not available due to server problems.

"An even more serious issue is represented by the overheat of PlayStation while the game is in the menu. This problem also occurred in the recent beta test, and shows up when you leave it in the menu screen for ten minutes. You will notice fans get more noisy than usual, in case," added Gamepur.

It seems that the game still has a lot of room for improvements and gamers are expecting that its developer should be ready to answer queries about the game.
