Rihanna is known for being a fashion icon and for having long-standing relationships in the industry. Now, everyone is going to see more of her in the glamorous world of fashion as she has just recently been named as the new face of Dior. The French fashion house announced that the singer will star in their Secret Garden campaign, with a series of videos shot by Steven Klein, featuring models around the Palace of Versailles.

A representative from Dior said to Vogue, "Film and print versions of the [Secret Garden] campaign are scheduled to run this spring."

According to Contact Music, Rihanna will be starring in the fourth installment of the campaign. The first three installments were already shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, and have starred models like Daria Strokus, Melissa Stasiuk and Xiao Wen Ju. The last installment of the campaigne aired in May 2014.

Contact Music noted that she has appeared in several fashion shows and have worked with various brands. She even designed clothing for Armani and becoming the face of Balmain in 2015.

She is also not one to shy away from the camera when it comes to her fashion-forward wardrobe, at some point wearing an outrageous see-through dress worn as a tribute to Josephine Baker.

She is the latest in slew of famous celebrities to represent the Dior brand, coming in after Jennifer Lawrence, Marion Cotillard, and Natalie Portman. Previous faces included Eva Green, Mila Kunis, and Charlize Theron. However, Rihanna is noted to be the first in Dior history to be the first black woman to represent the brand.

But while Rihanna is busy with her interest in fashion, she is also currently working on another album, said to be called "R8," Vulture made a timeline of reports, and it seems that a lot is going on with the album, considering that she seems to be doing a lot of collaborations with different artists. Among the names linked to her album are Sam Smith, Sia, Big Sean, Ne-Yo, and Kanye West and Paul McCartney whom she collaborated with for the January 2015 release of the song "FourFiveSeconds."

Kanye West is also signed on to executive-produce "R8" and by the end of February, the cover photo of the long-awaited album was released by the singer via her Twitter account.

There has been no news yet as to when Rihanna's Dior Secret Garden Campaign or album will be released, but more details about both projects will be reported at a later date.
