On the last episode of "Bones," Booth and Brennan couldn't escape a case, even on their honeymoon.

On "The Nazi on the Honeymoon," Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) are in Buenos Aires, seeking sun and relaxation. But Brennan decides to leave the pool to visit a morgue to see fascinating remains of political dissidents who were shot and burned. Just as they are about to leave the morgue, she spots remains that have black charring on them, indicating that they were burned recently.

Brennan and Booth collaborate with a local doctor, Dr. Perez, and discover that the victim was 90 years old and caucasian. He was killed about a month ago and placed in a mass grave. Facial reconstruction of the victim yields a name: Miguel Eduardo Silva. Booth and Brennan go to Silva's house, where they meet his much younger wife. She says she doesn't know where he is, and that he has no bank accounts, as everything is paid in cash. She also said that Silva's Mercedes is missing.

It's discovered that Silva's body was burned over wood, and that the bones show signs of exposure to Zyklon-B, which is a substance that was used in concentration camps during the Holocaust.

Booth finds the victim's Mercedes in a dangerous part of town where Silva's wife is from. Booth finds a key in the car, which leads to Silva's wine cellar. In the cellar, they find a room filled with Nazi memorabilia. They find blood in the room, along with drag marks and wooden splinters on the floor. They also find a scrap of paper with the word "Melmer" on it.

They discover that Silva was actually a Nazi named Herman Haupt, who sent millions to the gas chamber. The team speaks to an expert in Nazi war criminals who wanted to extradite Haupt. Haupt was assigned to a salt mine where stolen Nazi treasure was stored. The wood used in the crates is a match to the wood sample from the wine cellar, and the crates marked "Melmer" contained gold bars. Brennan finds that the victim was killed by a blow to the head, and there is gold in the skull fracture.

They then find a local pawn shop owner who bought the Nazi gold and is selling it. He says he bought it from a beautiful woman.

Silva's wife is found trying to flee with a bag of money, but she says she didn't kill her husband.

When Brennan shakes hands with Dr. Perez to say farewell-- with the case still unsolved-- she discovers that Perez has an extra thumb that was removed as a child. From that, she eventually finds out that Dr. Perez is Herman Haupt's granddaughter. Haupt brought Perez down to the cellar to show her the gold she would inherit. She was shocked and disgusted to find out that her grandfather was a Nazi criminal, so she hit him over the head, effectively killing him.

On the next episode, "The Dude in the Dam," the team investigates the murder of an unsuccessful male model.

The Fox synopsis reads: "The Jeffersonian team investigates the murder of Sean Nolan, a failed model whose body is found intertwined in a beaver dam. The team soon discovers that Nolan's fruitless modeling career left his sperm donations as his only source of income. However, when the team learns that he falsified records, they start to suspect anyone who was jilted by his donations. Meanwhile, Brennan struggles with social niceties and tact when she is drawn into a feud with author Tess Brown (guest star Nora Dunn) and Hodgins gets in touch with his motherly instincts when he plays host to a fly larva."

The next episode will also feature the beginning of Booth and Brennan's life as husband and wife, and like any real-life marriage, it's not without its hiccups. TVLine released an exclusive video of the couple bickering over the difference between honest criticism vs. outright disparagement and the virtues of different forms of media, among other things.

TVLine also shared that Eric Millegan, who plays Zack Addy, will not be returning to the show, despite rumors to the contrary.
