Google Nexus 5 specs and features hinted that it will beat Samsung Galaxy S4 and the iPhone 5S.

Google Nexus 5 may beat all of the other smartphones in the market with its rumored specs. According to Phone Arena, the new smartphone will pack some of the latest specs and features including the high-end GPU chip that is at par with that of the iPhone 5S. Reports claim that the Adreno GPU has the same performance as the M7 chip.

The report also noted that the phone will feature a 5-inch Full HD screen display, quad core Snapdragon 800 processor, a 13 megapixels back camera, 3GB RAM and a 2,700mAh battery. It will also feature a 7-band LTE radio compatible with both AT&T and T-Mobile networks, and will run on Android 4.4 KitKat.

Early this month, Phone Scoop reported about an FCC document that leaked online showing that the Google Nexus 5 will also include a 4.96-inch screen, LTE connectivity, NFC, CDMA/EV-DO, HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi.

This may not come as a surprise for some as the previous LG Nexus 4 wowed many critics and reviewers by offering top of the line specs and features at an affordable price.

The release date for the Nexus 5 may also happen next month. Reports claim that Google will unveil the Nexus 5 on October 14, alongside the Android 4.4 KitKat OS. Further reports claim that Google Nexus 5 will be launched with 10-inch tablet, Nexus 10 2.

Early this month, a promotional video from Google went viral because the alleged next generation of Nexus smartphone was spotted in the video. The search engine giant is speculated to work with LG in making the Google Nexus 5 due to the immense success of LG Nexus 4. However, LG said that it has nothing to announce at the moment.
