Selena Gomez is in the middle of nude photo scandal as topless pics have surfaced online, allegedly of the former Disney star. Cellphone photos have been floating around of a brunette woman whose breasts are displayed in a number of photos, and they're being linked back to the "Come & Get It" singer.

A tumblr account user posted six different snaps and wrote: "Nude photos of former Disney star Selena Gomez reportedly taken from her cell phone have just leaked to the Web."

Hollywoord Life pointed several alleged similarities of the "Spring Breakers" actress and the woman in the photo. The moles on the topless photos are purportedly identical to the moles of Gomez seen in one of her film posters.

It's also being reported that the photos may have been accessed through a photo hack of the celebrity's personal phone.

In March, another Hollywood Life report claims that while Gomez and her on/off boyfriend Justin Bieber were away from each other, they made a habit of sending racy photos to each other.

Selena's Rep Responds

In the middle of all the buzz, a rep from Selena's camp has flat out denied the claims.

GossipCop.com reported that a rep has told the site exclusively that it's "not her."

The entertainment site defended the pop star and noted, "one online gallery including them was posted 11 months ago - and pretty much everything from the topless woman's arms to her chin to her hair to her jawline to her breasts do NOT match Gomez's own attributes." .

Some of the photos have indeed been posted on imgur.com. What's more is that the reported images that allegedly indicate the body markings of Gomez were not present in the photos posted on the imgur site.

In the video covering the scandal, it was also mentioned that in one of the alleged pictures, the image showed a tattoo on one of the woman's fingers, something that Gomez does not have.
