The second teaser for the highly-anticipated movie, "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1," was released on Wednesday, and for fans, the message it delivers is crystal clear.

The clip titled, "President Snow's Panem Address #2 - "Unity" is found below.

The video begins with an introduction of Capitol TV that seems to mimic a public service announcement. After the Capitol TV logo appears and the supposed broadcast shows President Snow, played by David Sutherland, sitting in a chair placed between Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) and Johanna Mason (Jena Malone). All three are dressed in white with armed Peacekeepers before them to deliver a statement on "unity."

"Unity" is the sequel to the earlier released first clip, President Snow's Panem Address #1 - "Together as One," that shows Capitol's President Snow and Peeta together. In the first teaser the authoritarian leader talks about working together, the elegance of Panem's system and the sacrifices necessary to make progress a reality. It ends with a subtle threat of repercussions of rebellion.

In this second teaser, Snow talks about the solidarity of the Districts with the Capitol but it doesn't end as he had hoped.

In the middle of the transmission, the feed is interrupted and Beetee Latier (Jeffrey Wright), the tribute from District 3, appears after the static is gone and says: "This is a pirate transmission from District 13," he says. "The message: The Mockingjay lives."

The trailer delivers quite the punch in under a minute and is guaranteed to cause even more excitement. Since its release, the video has already been watched over 1.5 million times.

Along with the upload, the video's description writes, "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, which finds Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and a nation moved by her courage."

"I was very impressed with the books," said actress Julianne Moore, quoted by the LA Times. She's been cast as President Coin of District 13. "They're political. They're kind of a political tract with adolescent overtones. In a larger scope, it really is about, What is our political system, how did we arrive at it?"

Speaking about the rebel faction that is District 13, "It's not a place where there's a lot of light," Moore says. "There's not a lot of laughter, there's not a lot of fun. I think it's people just barely getting by."

The new installment of "The Hunger Games" will release its first part on Nov. 21, 2014.
