It looks like Justin Bieber is really a reformed bad boy, with his new single, "Sorry" as his latest attempt to apologize to all the bad things he's done. As The Verge noted, he's been "hammering home the redemptive nature of his return to prominence" as he asks "is it too late now to say sorry?"

The video comes complete with a "dance video", which basically means that there's a lot of dancing, but not much else. E! News also noted that there isn't a Bieber appearance anywhere on the video, although it is fun and colorful, with a lot of funky outfits to match the tune.

The song was co-written and produced by Skrillex and Blood Diamonds, and has a tropical, laid-back feel similar to his last single, "What do You Mean? There isn't much that Bieber or his camp released in regard to his next album, although Complex noted that Ariana Grande, Big Sean, Nas, Ed Sheeran and Travi$ Scott will all be featured in it.

The Verge also noted that if "Sorry" connects with Bieber's audience the same way his previous singles did, then it will be his third Top 10 hit in 2015, although it is likely that his new album, called "Purpose" will get a few more hits over the next few months.

"Sorry" speaks about begging for forgiveness from a lover, but can (and maybe) applied to Bieber's career as well, as he sang "and let me oh let me / redeem oh redeem oh myself tonight / 'cause I just need one more shot at second chances."

Well, if Michelle Obama can forgive Justin's past mistakes by being on board by promoting his new music, there is not doubt that fans will allow for his reformation and accept his apologies. The first lady collaborated with King Bach just recently to promote an education initiative, "Better Make Room" and the short clip provided a preview of Bieber's music.

Bieber's new album will be available on stores beginning November 13.

The reformed singer has had a few attempts at turning his "bad boy" image around, including ang "Comedy Central" roast, some "Ellen Degeneres" appearances, "Carpool Karaoke" with James Corden, and even a tearful VMA performance. However, do you think his latest single is about apologizing to an ex (Selena Gomez, maybe?) or does it actually have Bieber apologizing to his fans (for the nth time) for his "bad boy" drama in the last few years?
