Prepare to see Mitt Romney like the world has never seen him before.

A new documentary film to be released on Netflix next year gives viewers an inside look at what it was like for the two-time presidential hopeful to run in the 2012 presidential election race. The company boasts that "MITT" is "an intimate, rarely seen, behind-the-scenes look at a candidate running for the presidency."

In a two-minute teaser for the film released on Wednesday, Romney is seen huddled together with his family on election night as it becomes apparent that he has lost the race.

"I just can't believe you're going to lose," says Craig Romney, Romney's youngest son.

"Yeah, yup," Mitt Romney replies matter-of-factly.

Later he jokes, "By the way, does someone have a number for the president?"

"Hadn't thought about that," he adds with a chuckle.

In another clip, the former Republican presidential nominee watches a TV newscaster say, "A recent poll said that 43 percent of Americans are not even sure who you are," to which he replies "The flipping Mormon."

The trailer also reveals exclusive shots of Romney like when he is ironing his suit while he's wearing it and sleeping on the floor of a campaign bus.

"MITT" is directed and produced by Greg Whiteley, who began filming the former Massachusetts governor's presidential aspirations in 2006 all the way to his concession speech in 2012, ABC News reports. "Undefeated" film producer Seth Gordon also worked on the movie.

The film will premiere on Netflix on January 24m 2014. According to a press release, the film has been selected as the Salt Lake City Gala Premiere at next year's Sundance Film Festival, reports the Huffington Post.
