Apple Watch Price, Features & Reviews: 5 Most Disturbing Problems So Far

Apple Inc. has the tendency to give consumers things they didn't know they wanted or needed, and making it a staple on their everyday lives. It happened with the iPods, the iPhones, and the iPads, and now, it seems like they want to do it again with the Apple Watch as they market it as "the most personal device" that they have ever made.

With recent reports that the Apple Watch's price could go up as high as $10,000, you'd think that it's completely bug-free and issue-less, but that is definitely not the case.

According to Engadget, there are still a lot of problems surrounding the Apple Watch, and here are some of the biggest ones they have to address before putting that big a price tag on the iStore:

1)    The 8GB storage is well and good, but they have set limits as to how much media you can store, for instance, only 2GB is available for music - that's about 200 to 250 songs in a playlist, and only 75MB is allocated for photos (not that it matters much considering nobody would really like looking at miniscule pictures). The remaining 6GB is the problem - it's most likely dedicated only to the operating system and software extensions.

2)    The Wall Street Journal is also concerned that an 18-hour battery life, as pitched by Apple Inc Chief executive Tim Cook, will not be enough because really, if it's going to be integral to your day, 18 hours just is not enough these days.

3)    International Business Times also noted that it's too complicated to use because of the many ways that it's customizable. Matt Rosoff of Business Insider noted, "The biggest barrier I see to mass adoption of the Apple Watch is that Apple Store employees will have to spend some real time with customers explaining what it can do and demonstrating it. They'll also have to explain the different models."

4)    The apps have not yet surfaced, and for a gadget with the apps being its main selling point, it just doesn't sell as well when the apps are not present at the unveiling during the company's big event. David Carnoy of CNet noted, "Will the apps transform the watch? The handful seen at Yerba Buena showed some promise, but didn't instantly wow. There are tons of opportunities for Apple Watch to reel in killer apps, and it'll need them to make people take interest."

5)    Frankly, is the price tag worth it? As IBT noted, why would anyone pay for a version that literally costs thousands of dollars when it has the same functionality as the $349 model and with a new model to be released in the next year? That's just ridiculous.

What other problems do you see in Apple's latest technology?
