"The Walking Dead" is bigger than ever, and as it turns out, the cast is also expanding. According to Inquisitr, a new face will be introduced this week, most likely, comic book character Aaron, who is a recruiter for the Alexandria Safe-Zone.

A leaked video from this week's TWD episode shows the survivors discovering a case of water with a message that read, "From a friend," who people think will be Aaron, most likely to be played by Ross Marquand. Aaron, if he is appearing in the next few episodes, will then be the first gay male character introduced in the show and will be responsible for introducing Rick to a potential love interest, to be played by Alexandra Breckenridge of the "American Horror Story: Murder House" fame.

But then again, Cinema Blend noted that TWD creator Robert Kirkman just threw a major spoiler on an episode of Comedy Central, and fans have been obsessing over it, at the same time pretty angry about the haphazard throw. Kirkman said, "Eventually a character named Negan is introduced, and he's going to bash in Glenn's (Steven Yeun) brains with a baseball bat called Lucille."

The statement brought a lot of groans (and even some screaming) from the audience, especially because in the comic books, Glenn's death (which have been rumored to be in the series soon) happens in the hands of Negan, a baseball bat-carrying warlord. His weapon is known to be adorned with barbed wire and named Lucille.

However, as far as fans know, Negan has not been cast yet, and it's not sure whether or not he will be appearing anytime soon.

In 2014, Yeun spoke with E! News about Negan and his character's eventual death, but he was vague about it, saying, "Sometimes it's rough, I mean sometimes its awesome. We will see what happens, yeah."

Yeun also discussed Negan's possible arrival at the TWD fifth season premiere. "Well we'll see what happens when he shows up. I'm ready, I've been doing squats. So I can kick real hard. I'll be alright. I'm just gonna kick him. yeah, squat kicks all day."

Aaron is definitely coming, and so is Negan, so that's two major characters added to the cast. However, with Kirkman's spoiler aired on national TV, fans are starting to wonder whether or not the show will play out like it did in the comic books, or if he's just teasing the fans, like he's been known to do. However, do you think Negan will be making an appearance pretty soon, or were the TWD creators just messing with fans?
