After seven years with the E! Network, Chelsea Handler ended her show "Chelsea Lately" in a big way.

The segment saw a nude Handler being confronted by daytime talk show host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres on why she hasn't been a guest on the show.

"Is it because I'm a lesbian?" questioned DeGeneres. To which, Chelsea responded with a resounding "No!" and quipped "I didn't even know you were a lesbian. I thought you were married to Ryan Seacrest."

Aside Ellen, there were also other stars who highlighted the finale. The star-studded show-ender episode's other guests include bestfriends Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Aniston and Mary McCormack who smacked Handler with a harsh bit of reality in an intervention, said Fox News.

"We love you Chelsea, but you have to get your head out of your ass. You have to get it out of your vagina," said much-loved actress Sandra Bullock. "You're not funny. You're not cool. I think you're probably one of the most unhip people I've ever met."

Aniston, who is very close to the 39-year-old, went on to accuse the host of stealing her hairstyle and topics on hygiene while McCormack focused on Handlers love for alcohol, noted the LA Times.

Another great portion of the show? More than skits, talk and segment, there was a lot of great music with ex-boyfriend 50 Cent performing along with Miley Cyrus. Other musicians who made an appearance include Black Eyed Peas' Fergie, rocker Alanis Morissette and Gwen Steffani.

The show ended with its own comedic rendition of "We are the World," where the group sang, "Goodbye to E!, it's time to move on" and continued "She wants to sing, she wants to dance and get her groove on."

As this chapter in Handler's career comes to and end, she's got another long-term project lined up - this time with Netflix. Handler is set to launch a new talk show with Netflix in 2016.

"I'm really really appreciative to E! for giving me this opportunity to do the show, and I never really got a chance to be serious and say thank you," genuinely thanked the network and her audiences noted Variety. "I'll see you on Netflix!"

It was a big night for the network as figures indicate over 1 million viewers tuned into to see Handler take her bow on Tuesday. Deadline reported the night's farewell was the biggest audience for the network in two and a half years with a large portion of audiences within the 18-49 age group.
