Activision will reveal the multiplayer component for its next Call of Duty title, Call of Duty: Advanced Warefare, at gamescom today. The livestream is on Twitch and starts at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.

You can view Activision's demo live by clicking here.

The demo will feature a walk-through of the new multiplayer modes by Glen Schofield and Michalel Condrey, co-founders of Sledgehammer Games. The multiplayer components of past Call of Duty titles have been their main selling point, far more so than the single player campaigns.

Advanced Warfare will introduce a new exoskeleton that players can wear on the battlefield, based on existing military prototypes and research. The EXO suits will give players superhuman abilities, which should radically alter or enhance game play.
