After wrapping up a world tour, Beyonce headed to the Dominican Republic for a much needed vacation and to celebrate her sixth wedding anniversary with her hip-hop mogul husband Jay Z and their daughter Blue Ivy.

While there, the superstar singer shared a number of pictures on Tumblr of herself and her family while they enjoyed the tropical sun, beach, pool and golfing. Beyonce also posted several photos where the two are seen spending quality one-on-one time together.

In one photo, the mother and daughter are seen playing on the grass in bathing suits. In another photo, baby Blue is playing by herself by the poolside. There's also a picture where the two are walking hand-in-hand toward the beach.

While they were in DR, one witness spotted them at Casa de Compo resort. According to E! News, a source said, "They were sitting at the bar," adding that at one point, Jay Z tapped a man on the back who was "wearing a Brooklyn Nets shirt, and said 'cool shirt man.'" The insider also noted that the couple looked happy and in love, and that Beyoncé "looked beautiful."

The musical couple celebrated their official sixth wedding anniversary on April 4 in New York City. The 32-year-old singer and 44-year-old hip-hop mogul were spotted in Manhattan with their adorable toddler in tow. The singer looked stunning in a stylish blue and white patterned trouser suit, which she teamed with a white shirt and colorful strappy heels. She paired her outfit with a naturally curly hairstyle and an oversized fuchsia purse, reports the Daily Mail.

Jay Z, who is a Brooklyn native, was dressed in a pair of metallic jeans with blue and black sneakers and a dapper leather-sleeved overcoat. He was seen holding baby Blue, who looked snug in a pair of black leggings with a padded khaki green coat.

The trio looked happy and relaxed as they left an apartment complex and climbed into a waiting vehicle.
