Mexican rock band Maná will be getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next week.

The ceremony will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 10, at 7060 Hollywood Boulevard in front of Live Nation and will broadcast live on www.walkoffame.com, Billboard reported.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced on Tuesday that Maná's honor, under the Recording category, will be the 2,573rd star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, according to Latin Times. The group currently consists of vocalist/guitarist Fher Olvera, drummer Alex González, guitarist Sergio Vallín, and bassist Juan Calleros.

"As one of Latin America's most popular rock bands, Maná is sure to bring many fans to Hollywood for the dedication ceremony," Ana Martinez, producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremonies, said in a statement quoted in the news outlet's report. "They are not only well known throughout Latin America, here in the United States and across the world as well!"

To celebrate their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Maná will perform on the outdoor stage of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" that same day, Billboard noted. The show will air at 11:30 PM ET on ABC.

Other Latino artists who will receive their Hollywood Walk of Fame stars on Wednesday are Jennifer Lopez, Sofia Vergara, Thalia, and Los Tigres del Norte, among others, Latin Times listed. Mexican guitarist Carlos Saldana will be the event's guest speaker and will unveil the star.

Maná's genre usually focuses on pop rock, Latin pop, calypso, reggae, and ska music, according to the band's website. Their popularity extended to countries such as Australia, Spain, the United States, Western Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

In February 2015, Maná collaborated with pop star Shakira on a song titled "Mi Verdad," which conveys "inspiration, peace, and unconditional love" and the "trying times" of humanity, EFE wrote (via Fox News Latino). The song is produced by Olvera and American Grammy-winning songwriter George Noriega.

With "Mi Verdad," Maná made history on Billboard's Hot Latin Songs chart when it overthrew Enrique Iglesias' "Bailando" out of the top spot after a record 41 weeks at No. 1. With that success, the band became the only act with three No. 1 debuts in the chart's 28 years of history, Billboard noted.

"Mi Verdad" is one of the tracks included in Maná's ninth studio album "Cama Incendiada," which was released in March 2015, according to a separate report from EFE. Other songs featured in the record are "Adicto a tu amor," "Peligrosa," "La Telaraña," and the title single, "Cama Incendiada," which is the Spanish translation for "The burning bed."
