Prince William and Kate Middleton's little prince, George, is sporting a quilted jacket as he goes to his first day of school.

The Duchess of Cambridge, according to The Daily Beast, has been determined to give little George a normal upbringing, and attending his first day at kindergarten is just one demonstration.

Prince George is going to attend the Westacre Montessori School in Norfolk for the next two years, just like any other child his age. His school is near the Cambridges' country home in Anmer Hall, confirming the many speculations of the family moving in and making it their main home for the next few years.

A few photos of the prince showed the two-year-old wearing a cute, quilted, hooded jacket and a little light backpack, where he was standing in front of the school's mural. The photos, which were posted on Twitter, were take by Duchess Kate herself, as noted by USA Today.

George, who is third in line to the throne after his grandfather and father, is noted to only attend the nursery when his parents are staying in Anmer Hall, otherwise, he will be living with them in their London home, Kensington Palace.

The Montessori school is said to be located in a former chapel, and costs about $8 an hour to attend, reported the Australian Broadcasting Company. Like his father before him, George will also be enrolled at a small nursery, although older generation royals did not typically attend these classes.

William was sent to an exclusive school near Kensington Palace as a child, where the princess, before her marriage to Prince Charles, worked at the nursery. Montessori schools are also known for their liberal approach in education, some practices including mixed-age classrooms and a strong push for children to act independently.

A spokesperson for the nursery previously said that they are "looking forward to welcoming George to our nursery." Without a press spokesman, however, the palace already made it clear to photographers and reporters that nobody is to approach the school for further comment.

The school is also set on a private road, which could curb daily sightings from the media, however, with little George being dropped off at the nursery on a regular basis, it wouldn't be a surprise if the paparazzi appear on campus from time to time.

Below are the photos of Prince George that Duchess Kate has shared to the public. What do you think of his ensemble?
