"X-Men: Apocalypse" director Bryan Singer is at it again as he posted a new image showing him and editor John Ottman in the cutting room, promising that a teaser of the flick is coming soon.

In an Instagram post dated November 3, Singer revealed that he and the film's soundtrack composer are currently working on a teaser.

"Back in the cutting room w #johnottman teaser coming soon," his post read, describing a selfie of him and Ottman in the editing room with a computer screen in the background showing one of the scenes featuring James McAvoy who plays Professor Charles Xavier, Professor X.

In the screen, McAvoy looking bold and proud and full of hair which is far from recent photos him, totally bald.

According to a report from Hit Fix, the actor had his hair shaved for the role a couple of months ago, the entire process captured by the film's director who posted the image over Instagram.

"#Xavier reborn (in process ) #jamesmcavoy #XMEN #XMenApocalypse," the photo's caption read.

This means that McAvoy's character would not be bald during the entire film which is no bombshell of a spoiler compared to the caption of Singer's latest Instagram post.

A singer has finally promised something more concrete after numerous teasing posts and a quiet period after filming was wrapped up: a teaser is coming soon.

According to Cinema Blend, the Yuletide season is one of the busiest time for theaters which means that if "soon" meant this Christmas, the filmmaker has chosen the right period to release the said clip.

"The holiday season is the second busiest time of year at theaters and being about half a year away from the summer season makes it the perfect time to release trailers for other tentpole movies," the report explained.

The report further noted that other Marvel films like the 2016 flick "Captain America: Civil War" has already scheduled a trailer release which would happen before the December debut of Disney and Lucasfilm's "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

"X-Men: Apocalypse," which is set to release on May 27, 2016, revolves around the team's bout against Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac) who is considered as the first mutant who ever lived.

A recap of details on the film compiled by Cinema Blend described him as a "god-like mutant" who has the power to manipulate even the Great Pyramid of ancient Egypt.

The outlet further revealed that the film would be set during the 1980s, a decade after the X-Men was confronted with the dilemma Bolivar Trask and his Sentinels brought in the 2014 X-Men flick "Days of Future Past."
