"Tekken 7" is coming to PlayStation VR.

The news was announced by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe President and CEO Jim Ryan at Sony's Paris Games Week (PGW) 2015 press conference this week, IGN reported. However, no further details about the game have been revealed. At the event, Sony also announced that "over 200 developers" are currently working on PlayStation VR experiences.

According to the news outlet, this latest news served as a conclusion to Sony's PlayStation VR segment of its press conference, which presented new looks at previously announced VR games like "RIGS," as well as numerous brand-new PlayStation VR titles.

This includes a new rollercoaster-themed "Until Dawn" spin-off named "Rush of Blood" and a sneak peek of Crytek's "Robinson: The Journey," a game which allows players to explore an island filled with dinosaurs in full VR, Sydney Morning Herald wrote.

Other upcoming games are: 80s arcade game remake "Battlezone" for PlayStation VR, cartoonish online shooter "Battleborn" for PS4, "Gravity Rush 2" for PlayStation Vita, Media Molecule's "Dreams," "Horizon: Zero Dawn," the space-faring game "No Man's Sky," "Street Fighter V" for the PlayStation 4, and new multiplayer modes for "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," Sydney Morning Herald listed.

Trailers of the game titles can be found at the official PlayStation YouTube channel.

Bandai Namco confirmed at PGW that "Tekken 7" would have exclusive content on the PlayStation 4, IGN added. The game is currently on hand in arcades in Japan, as well as in location tests at select arcades across North America this past summer.

Bandai Namco executive producer Katsuhiro Harada didn't disclose a release date for the PlayStation 4 version, but he said that the console version of "Tekken 7" will feature new content not seen in the original arcade version of the game, the news outlet further reported.

"Tekken 7," powered by Unreal Engine 4, commemorates the 20th anniversary of the "Tekken" franchise. The installment returns to the "gameplay roots with classic 1 vs 1 bouts and a canon storyline centered on the eternal struggle for power amongst the members of the Mishima clan. With newcomer Kazumi Mishima joining the fight, the epic battle between father and son, and also husband and wife, will come to its fated conclusion in 'Tekken 7,'" IGN wrote.

Also included as new fighters are Claudio, Josie, Shaheen, Katarina, Lucky Chloe, Gigas, and more, the news outlet listed. The game's home version also showcases an in-depth story mode that immerses players in the canon storyline.
