Becky G debuted the official music video for her latest song "Break a Sweat."

The clip, which was unveiled on Friday (Oct. 9), featured the 18-year-old singer sporting different looks, which included red pumps, cornrows, and a checkered leather jacket.

Becky, born as Rebbeca Marie Gomez, also released other singles in the past: "Lovin' So Hard," "Can't Stop Dancin'," "Shower," "Can't Get Enough" ft. Pitbull, "Play It Again," and "Becky from the Block," the recording artist's official site listed. Her EP, "Play It Again," was released in 2013 and contained five songs.

She was also featured in the soundtracks of animated films, such as "Magik 2.0" ft. her ex-boyfriend Austin Mahone for "The Smurfs 2" and "Problem" for "Hotel Transylvania," the website added.

Becky recently tried her hand in acting. She's playing a character named Valentina in the second season of Fox's "Empire." According to the Mexican-American singer, playing the role was "fun" for her because she loves acting and her "Empire" gig felt right in her gut, Entertaiment Weekly reported.

In June, Becky released a song titled "We Are Mexico" as a response to the anti-immigrant rhetoric of GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump. The track mentioned some of the positive values of Mexicans which Trump failed to take into account, such as work ethic, strong familial ties, and resilience.

"This song means so much to me. It's for us," the Mexican-American pop star wrote on Twitter, adding, "When I say us I don't just mean the Latin community. I did this for everyone who came to this country for a better life."

The songstress has grandparents who hailed from Mexico and settled in southern California, a report from Billboard noted. Her representatives revealed that "We Are Mexico" will be included in Becky's upcoming album coming out later this year.

Speaking to Marie Claire about the album in September, Becky revealed that the record will be "more pop-leaning" with an "urban element." "As far as the writing goes, there are more bangers in there, but club-y type songs that make you want to dance," she added.

"That's me as a person. I'm always super happy, so there's going to be lots of energy. There are also some songs that are a little bit more heartfelt. I took a lot of time recording the vocals and really giving the songs what they deserve. Lyrically, it's either something that I went through personally or that somebody I know went through, so there's a lot of storytelling," Becky explained to Marie Claire.
