Apple is going to unveil several of their new products at "Hey Siri, give us a hint" event at 10 am PT on Sept 9, Wednesday. One of the most awaited gadgets that Apple-enthusiasts are waiting for is the MacBook Air 2016 release.

According to Yibada, there are swirling speculations that the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro 2016 might not be release at the same time other Apple devices will be out. Too, there are hearsays that these computers are rescheduled in 2016 to give way to the new iPad Pro. Hence, the company and other retailers are trying to dispatch the deals and discounts they have for the remaining stocks of MacBook devices.

Moreover, knowing Apple is generally pricing their products with a very questionable value, the firm now opts to go budget-friendly to change their image. They also want to transform their business model, targeting more consumers as reported by Master Herald.

The MH also noted that the establishment is eyeing for a lower price range for the upcoming 2016 MacBook Air. The projected price of the much-anticipated device will be around $899.

The Realty Today cited the top five specs and features the new MacBook Air 2016 might has:

GeForce GTX 950 - there are rumors that it will be installed with the dedicated video card.

Force Touch - Apple's very own feature is said to be in the new MacBook Air version.

Retina Display - A brand only used by Apple for their screens will might be in the 2016 MacBook Air.

Wireless Charging - the new technology will also be use by the prestigious company.

USB Type-C - the new USB standard might also be in the new MacBook Air.

Additionally, the 2016 MacBook Air will have the latest Intel Skylake chips. It will be also possible that it will don an Intel i5-6200U or the i5-6300U for the lower end models and the i7-6500U or the i7-6600U for the higher end units as MNR Daily wrote.

The Yibada also noted that it will be launch with 13-inch and 15-inch screen displays and an improved battery life, so owners can use it longer on the go. They also said that will be even thinner and lighter than its previous version. However, it is even expected that it will have almost the same specs and features but sporting a more higher and powerful RAM.
