A new trailer for Sony Pictures Animation's "Hotel Transylvania 2" features a new track from pop girl group Fifth Harmony.

The song titled "I'm In Love With a Monster" is produced and written by Harmony Samuels along with Carmen Reece, Sarah Mancuso, Edgar Etienne, and Ericka Coulter, PR Newswire reported. Syco/Epic Records will release the track in July.

"There are few groups out there that can match the incredibly fun feel and animated vision that Genndy Tartakovsky is bringing to 'Hotel Transylvania 2,' and Fifth Harmony knocked it out of the park. The song is exactly what we were hoping for," said Lia Vollack, president of Worldwide Music for Sony Pictures, as quoted by PR Newswire.

The girls of Fifth Harmony, which are composed of Camila Cabello, Dinah Jane Hansen, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke Hernandez, and Normani Kordei, said, as reported by the news outlet, "We're incredibly excited that our song, 'I'm In Love With A Monster,' will be part of 'Hotel Transylvania 2!' The movie is hilarious and so much fun!"

Fifth Harmony has been steadily solidifying their position in the music world. Their debut album titled "Reflection" placed at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 in January, PR Newswire noted. The records contains the platinum smash "Worth It" and gold-selling singles "BO$$" and "Sledgehammer." Aside from this, the girl group bagged the Favorite New Artist honor at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2015. They are also set to kick off their Reflection: The Summer Tour in July.

'Hotel Transylvania 2' Scoop

"Hotel Transylvania 2" will pick up a few years after the events of the original film. These days, Dracula (Adam Sandler) finally allowed Hotel Transylvania to be open to human guests, Sony Pictures Animation wrote. However, he is worried that his half-human, half-vampire grandson from Mavis (Selena Gomez) and Johnny (Andy Samberg) named Dennis isn't exhibiting vampire qualities.

While Mavis heads out to visit her human in-laws with Johnny, Dracula takes it upon himself to put Dennis in a "monster-in-training" boot camp with the help of his friends, Frank (Kevin James), Murray (Keegan-Michael Key), Wayne (Steve Buscemi), and Griffin (David Spade). Things start to get more complicated when Dracula's ancient and grouchy father, Vlad (Mel Brooks), visits the hotel and disapproves of everything his son is doing.

"Hotel Transylvania 2" will open in theaters on September 25, 2015, Sony Pictures Animation noted. The film is directed by Genndy Tartakovsky from a script written by Robert Smigel. Sandler, Smigel, Allen Covert, and Ben Waisbren serve as executive producers.
