Never underestimate Taylor Swift. It seems that the young singer has broken yet another record for one of her singles. This time, it's "Bad Blood."

According to Entertainment Weekly, the music video garnered 20.1 million views in 24 hours, setting a new world record for Vevo. Hopefully, this will not set bad blood between her and Nicki Minaj, who previously held the record at 19.6 million views for the 2014 song "Anaconda."

Taylor took to Twitter to share her news, with special thanks to the people involved, including the cast that included many of her A-list friends, like Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Lily Aldridge, and Cara Delevingne.

On her official website, it was also noted that Taylor's videos, including previous hits like "Blank Space," "Style" and "Shake it Off" already brought nearly five billion total views to her platform.

What could have brought this much attention to her "Bad Blood" video? If George Takei will have a sat in it, he praised the singer for her all-female casting. The actor said on his Twitter account, "Taylor Swift released her much anticipated video Bad Blood starring girl celebs as action stars. Come on Marvel, T. Swift is showing you up."

While his tweet garnered a lot of support, website The Mary Sue also said that others took the time to cite Gamora, Kamala Khan, the ladies of SHIELD and Lady Sif as part of the MCU, representing the females of the species, as far as Marvel is concerned,

But if talking about the fact that neither of these heroes have had their standalone films, well, Marvel still had no plans on giving them their own spotlight, either.

In other "Bad Blood" news, it has been noted by Mirror UK that the wardrobe, which were mostly about tiny outfits and worn by most of the cast, were bought from a bondage store in Los Angeles, a popular store called The Stockroom.

While Taylor is not one to do catfights, it was rumored that the song was in fact a dig at her pop rival Katy Perry, Mirror said, and that she was gathering as many members of her "army" as possible to show Katy up.

Whatever bad blood Taylor has got going with Katy, the 25-year-old country-turned-pop star may best take this time to celebrate her success, as not only is she on top of the charts, her friends have her back, and her lovelife is once again in bloom.

If you haven't already, check out her song, it's available for download on iTunes.
