It was either the place has grown on him and he just got fed up with it, or he's just really an astute budding real estate prospect (not to take anything away from his realtor).

But, whatever his reason is, Nick Jonas was able to rid himself of his Sunset Strip Mediterranean-themed villa after listing it just more than a couple of months ago in February -- a feat even a seasoned realtor might get envious of. As per Trulia, he sold the property for $3.4 million, and made a quick buck to the tune of $200,000, in the process.

Perched on a knoll within the prime neighborhood of Hollywood Hills West, the home got into the possession of the 22-year-old singer about one and a half years ago when he paid for it with $3.2 million in November 2013.

The property, situated along a cul-de-sac portion, has 3,175 square feet of living space. It also features an immense living area and a grand dining room perfect for hosting guests. The four-bed and five-bath home was built in 1938 and is highlighted by its Old World interior, which includes beamed ceilings and a Juliet balcony, as told by the LA Times.

It also has a spacious master suite equipped with its own wood-burning fireplace and an en-suite bath with a steam shower. The compound also features a pool area, verdant landscape, and a detached guesthouse.

The estate was masterplanned to blend indoor and outdoor living together which explains why many of the rooms open up to "beautiful views of the Hollywood Hills, along with lush gardens and a Zen pool."

Nick Jonas initially wanted a $400,000 profit off the sale when he listed the mansion for $3.6 million. Richard Klug and Matthew Isbell, both of Sotheby's International Realty, were the listing agents for the property. Klug also represented Nick when he closed on the transaction, the LA Times notes.

The former member of the Jonas Brothers trio also has his hands full this year in terms of acting. Come autumn, he will be seen in the comedy-horror series "Scream Queens" on the Fox network, and will also appear on "Hawaii Five-O," Daily Mail cited. For the meantime, his fans can catch a glimpse of him in another TV series, "Kingdom," courtesy of DirecTV's Audience channel.

Nick severed his ties with his former American pop rock band, together with his brothers Kevin and Joe, in 2013. Just recently, he hosted the 28th Annual Kids' Choice Awards, and was also pictured alongside girlfriend and former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo at the Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards.
