During the 57th Annual Grammy Awards, Kanye West pulled another stunt, this time attempting to snatch the album of the year award from Beck who beat Beyonce in the category. This certainly did not please New England Patriots' Brandon Browner who went on a Twitter rampage.

E! Online noted in a report that West made comments about Beck's artistry and that the award should have been given to Beyonce.

"I don't even know what [Beck] said. I just know that, the Grammys, if they want real artists to keep coming back, they need to stop playing with us. We aren't going to play with them no more. 'Flawless.' Beyoncé's video. And Beck needs to respect artistry, he should have given his award to Beyoncé," West said.

These remarks, however, drew the ire of Browner who posted on his Twitter profile his take on what the rapper did during the Grammy Awards night.

"KANYE WEST is a sucka! Everybody don't listen to Beyoncé. Second time he tried to steal somebody shine. First time it was a 15 yr old girl," Browner said in one of his tweets. He referred to Taylor Swift, whom West also interrupted during the 2009 VMA but reports said the singer was actually 19 years old when she received the award.

The Pats player went on with his Twitter posts saying that what Kanye did was "stupid."

"Peep who he tried Beck and Taylor Swift. Real tough guy. If only I could've been Beck for one night. Kanye would be rapping thru the wire. Lastly on this sponge bob square pants(Kanye). Read that cbs article I retweeted. Beck played the instruments and sang. #trueartistry #sucka," Browner added.

The athlete also retweeted a meme that highlighted Beck's talent of playing 16 instruments and Beyonce's inability to do so.

In a similar report, Vanity Fair said that West clarified the harsh comments he made about Beck during an interview after the awards night, saying that he was just really planning to go halfway the stage and not make a repeat of the 2009 VMA.

"You know, what I really wanted to do is just joke around about what had happened before, but I just really didn't want to take away from Beck's moment or the time he's having to talk because you know the Grammys, they play music really quick no matter who you are and everything. So I didn't want anything to take away from his screen time. So I just walked back down because you know, it was kind of a joke like the Grammys themselves," he was quoted by Vanity Fair as saying during his interview over the radio with Ryan Seacrest.

As for Swift, Kanye said they have already "mend fences" during the Grammy Awards. In fact, they will be collaborating soon on a project.

"Yeah, she wants to get in the studio and we're definitely going to go in. Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base, I'm down to get in the studio and work. I don't discriminate," the rapper added.
