Cat and Vince had big helpings of drama alongside their Thanksgiving turkey on the latest episode of "Beauty and the Beast."

In the episode, Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) take up Cat's biological father's invitation to spend Thanksgiving with him in order to find out some pivotal information.

Before the Thanksgiving meal, Vince is carrying out his handler (and Cat's biological father) Reynolds' (Ted Whittall) wishes to look for a target in a warehouse. He doesn't sense a threat there, but he goes ahead with it anyway. When Vincent throws something at the building before entering it, it explodes, making it clear to Vince that he may be his handler's final target. The gang later investigates to see who Vincent's handler is.

After tracing a call between Vince and his handler, they trace it to the FBI, which is where Reynolds works. Cat and Vince then decide to have Thanksgiving dinner with Reynolds in order to get some answers. At the dinner, Cat tells Reynolds that they need help finding who it is in the FBI who is tracking their "friend" (a.k.a Vincent) who is being targeted. Reynolds plays dumb and acts shocked, as if he is hearing about the handler situation for the first time. However, he agrees to help them out.

Meanwhile, J.T. (Austin Basis) and Tess (Nina Lisandrello) spend Thanksgiving eating pizza and getting drunk, and the two end up kissing.

Back at Thanksgiving dinner, Reynolds tells Vincent that he will try to find his handler if Vince agrees to cut ties with Cat. Otherwise, he says he'll turn her in. Gabe (Sendhil Ramamurthy) and Tori (Amber Sky Noyes), the female beast, are also in attendance at the dinner, which causes trouble. When Tori and Vince clink glasses, Vince gets angry and Tori becomes a beast, knocking over the table and the whole Thanksgiving meal.

Later, Tori and Vincent talk outside about their beastly issues, and end up kissing, which Cat witnesses.

When Vincent gets back to the city, he enters at hotel room that his handler sent him to. Tori is there, but she's bound and gagged, and an explosive device is connected to the door. The room then explodes into a huge ball of fire, blowing out the windows and possibly everyone inside.

"Beauty and the Beast" executive producer Brad Kern told TVLine that Tori and Vincent are inevitably attracted to each other because of their beastly powers. "Tori and Vincent amplify each other's powers and emotions - and that's an attraction we're going to continue to play," Kern said.

Amber Skye Noyes also spoke to TVLine about her character's intentions, as well as her connection with Vince.

Is Tori a friend or a foe? "We're not sure, and Tori's not sure either, so she's going to have to figure out which one she is - and if she has any control over it," Noyes said. "But it is pretty clear that there's only one person she can really talk to about this, and that's Vincent. So they're obviously going to have a pretty clear connection."

Noyes said that Tori has a strong connection with Vincent because of their shared beastliness. "Tori's going to be able to understand Vincent in certain ways, and vice versa," she said. "After all, we've never seen a male and female beast together, so we don't really know how that will play out. But it is clear that even though they're both beasts, Tori's a new beast, so she doesn't really know what she's doing, while Vincent's more experienced. If anyone is going to be a mentor and teach her a few things, it's going to be Vincent."

She also hinted that Tori may be around for longer than three episodes, as was originally announced.

"Tori's going to be around for a little while," she said. "She's got a lot to discover, she's got a lot to bring to the story and she's got a lot to add to the dynamic of Vincent and Cat and also Gabe and a lot of other characters. (...) It's really going to be a cool ride."

In other "Beauty and the Beast" news, TVLine reported that the show is currently casing the recurring role of Sam, a brilliant and charismatic archeologist who has been affected by something that has happened to him over the past six years.

The next episode of "Beauty and the Beast" will be the mid-season finale.

On the next episode, "Man or Beast?," "Vincent and Catherine will find themselves at odds on how to deal with Agent Reynolds, which is going to force Vincent to wonder if he is more beast than man. Catherine will end up making a drastic move that will forever change her relationship with Vincent."

Watch the promo for "Man or Beast?" below, which airs Nov. 25 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
