Rockstar's "Red Dead Redemption 2" is now rumored to be called "Red Dead Revolution."

According to KDramaStars, Suresh Gupta of GameKlan claims that the game developer's upcoming outing would be titled "Red Dead Revolution" and will feature the story of John Marston's son, Jack, as the protagonist. The game will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and the PC, the report added.

It was previously reported that Rockstar Games is currently working on two titles: the "Grand Theft Auto 6" and "Red Dead Redemption 2," both are only the working titles. The "Red Dead" franchise, however, will distinguish itself from "GTA" "by making the games' story connected with one another unlike the 'GTA' franchise," the news outlet added.

The "Red Dead" PC version exhibits various compatibility conditions for Windows 7, 8 and 8.1. Quoting VG 24/7, KDramaStars reported that the game "appeared on a database made by Microsoft to help in determining application compatibility with its various operating systems."

Meanwhile, Autoo Mobile noted that the second "Red Dead" game will be released in November this year and "might continue on as another franchise by Rockstar." We reported earlier that a multiplayer co-op will be featured for the first time in "Read Dead," which will be a prominent focus in the sequel. The news came from a user on NeoGAF.

During the Cowen and Company analyst conference, Take Two CEO Strauss Zelnick somehow gave hope and certainty to the "Red Dead" brand, saying that the game is a permanent franchise, according to another report from KpopStarz.

"I pretty much know the ones that I can assure you are permanent. It's obvious that 'GTA' is a permanent franchise as long as we keep delivering this incredible quality; it seems quite obvious that 'Red Dead' is a permanent franchise, again with the same caveat, or Borderlands, for example, and NBA and others," Zelnick said, as quoted by KpopStarz.

Rockstar San Diego also fueled the rumors when they announced that they are looking for 37 new employees, which could be for the development of "Red Dead Redemption 2." The notice is for programmers, artists, systems administrators, animators, engineers, technical designers, producers, etc. According to the news outlet, "The scale and variety of the listings indicate a large project is being planned."

These are all rumors for now. Until then, fans should check back for more information regarding the second "Red Dead" game.

The original "Red Dead" game, on the other hand, has been given a remastered version by Rockstar as well as a DLC content, KpopStarz reported. The new version features zombies in the old west.
