"GTA 4," the last version of the game series, garnered bad reviews from PC gamers, with some saying that it was "poorly optimized" when it was released, according to Gaming Bolt. Gamers are sure hoping that the upcoming PC version of "GTA 5" will fare better than its predecessor.

According to The Inquisitr, the PC version of "GTA V" could be "full of bugs much like the original release on the Xbox 360 and PS3." Rockstar, however, spent months fixing the glitches of the game. The PC port will reportedly feature "better textures, shading, and higher resolution than even the 'GTA 5' PS4 or Xbox One versions."

Mac users, on the other hand, still don't have an official "GTA 4" release. So the fifth version of the game is still a long way to go. Hackers, however, have disclosed tips on how to play the game on Mac, but The Inquisitr reports that "it may be riddled with malware" since it's not an official release.

Rockstar also spoke about the "GTA Online" character transfer process. According to the game developer, users can now transfer their "Online" characters from the four consoles (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 or Xbox One) to the PC platform, IGN reports.

"Not to worry, you will be able to transfer your 'Online' characters and progress from any of the four consoles (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 or Xbox One) to the PC platform. To be clear, if you transfer or have already transferred your progress from PS3 or Xbox 360 to either PS4 or Xbox One, then you will still be able to do another transfer again from PS4 or Xbox One to PC," Rockstar stated, as quoted by IGN.
