It has been previously established that despite his rapper persona, Kanye West is a mush when it comes to his daughter, North. In fact, he's always a good father to their baby, not letting a day pass by without speaking with her.

But his desire to have a nice little family did not stop there. According to the Hollywood Life, Kanye is actually a very old-fashioned guy, with reports claiming that he demanded his wife, Kim Kardashian, be more of a mother to their one-year-old.

An insider for Star said that the rapper insisted Kim stop partying and stay at home to be with their daughter instead. The source said, "Kanye is insisting that she slow down her schedule, but so far she's refusing."

Hollywood Life also noted that Kanye may have grounds on wanting his wife to stay with their child more, as she has been photographed with North only four times over the past month: Kim has been travelling a lot and went to Dubai, Miami, NYC, and LA, which Kanye is reportedly not very happy about.

A report from Radar Online over a year ago said, that Kim may love being a mom, but she gets bored staying with her child round-the-clock. A source for Radar said, "Kim loves being a mom and spending all of her time with the baby, but she's really bored! She misses going out all the time to shop or eat and have people in public fawn all over her."

The source also said, "Kim really likes the attention she gets from people when she goes out in public or even online, but since Kanye wants her to be more selective about what she's doing it isn't as interactive for her and she misses her old life. She wouldn't trade the baby for anything, of course, but she is saying she is bored right now."

It seems that those statements are still true over a year later, but at least it's not costing Kim and Kanye their marriage.

Despite the rumors that the couple is splitting up because of different parenting views, the couple seems to be doing fine with their married life. They may not have been photographed together since nearly a month ago for a hot choco date at NYC's Serendipity 3, but they looked happy and coupley with their matching black ensemble and hand-holding.

A source for Hollywood Life even said, "Kanye isn't going anywhere. He's a family man and the chatter about he and Kim having problems in nonsense. He hates hearing it, talking about it and even seeing it in print because it isn't true. It makes him angry to see that sh*t people [are] writing about him."
