We've already known that "1989" singer Taylor Swift and Victoria's Secret model Karlie Kloss are best of friends -- but a surfacing online picture happened to take everything to the next level. Perhaps another dimension.

The speculations rose from Twitter user @kathyparkk (photos had no further source/s cited), who posted an image of Taylor and Karlie standing together. While the idea seemed just fine for normal girlfriends, a second snap appeared to reveal otherwise.

Taylor and Karlie looked as if they were sharing a romantic kiss in the lips, almost like things heated up. The caption went, "exclusive taylor and karlie making out #confirmed."

According to Hollywood Life, the scene was captured at The 1975's concert in New York on Dec. 4. The outlet cited Taylor's rep, who apparently claimed that the two were not kissing. Entertainment Tonight likewise cited a Swift rep who called the issue "crap." If a picture paints a thousand words, we're left to wonder what they really did on the said photo. A Twitter user commented under the viral picture, "I was right behind them though. No making out, just talking, dancing and singing." Taylor's appearance in the Thursday concert might be supportive of the indie rock band's Matt Healy, whom Hollywood Life reported to be the songstress' current love interest. An unnamed source told the outlet that Matt even trailed behind Taylor after the show and got into her car. Sounds interesting. The tipster revealed, "Taylor and Matty have been dating for approximately two months now. It started off as a mutual crush and has been blossoming more and more." The alleged photo may indeed be misleading. Entertainment Tonight pointed that Karlie actually has a boyfriend, in the person of businessman Josh Kushner. Meanwhile, Yahoo! Celebrity reported that Taylor and Harry Styles were spotted Tuesday night at Victoria's Secret Fashion Show afterparty. Despite Taylor's alleged penning of lyrics pointed at Harry in "1989" songs, the outlet noted that Styles felt "lucky" for being referenced in these "really good" tracks. Taylor has received three Grammy nominations, namely: Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance for "Shake It Off," wrote Entertainment Tonight.
