Hunky host Mario Lopez shared with Ellen DeGeneres that he had a "one-night stand with a major popstar."

Lopez, 40, is talking about the secrets he's spilled in his new memoire, "Just Between Us."

"When a man turns 40, it's an important time to pause and reflect on how he got there and to help make a mature plan for the future and what better way than to write it down?" explained the "Saved by the Bell" alum to Ellen DeGeneres, via E! News, on his decision to write the memoire.

One of the biggest revelations the "ABDC" host shared was one of an intimate nature. Aside from talking about his regrets on losing his virginity at an early age, he confessed having had a one night stand with a major popstar in Las Vegas, noted the site.

Citing the timeline as between six to eight years sago, Ellen tried to think back on the popstars performing in L.A. during that time but Lopez clarified she wasn't running a show, the moment just happened to have taken place in Vegas.

"Are you friends now still?" asked the comedic host, to which Mario revealed they're still "friendly" but wouldn't confirm if he's interviewed her since then.

"Oh my gosh, I can't, I can't," said a flushed Lopez. "You know, my wife, who is the most important as far as her opinion to get her blessing and she's totally cool and she's knows everything, but out of respect for her and out of respect for this person, you know, I'm a gentleman and I don't want to drop names."

Ellen did try to throw some names in the mix to get a reaction and spewed out some divas like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Celine Dion and Madonna, noted the Mail Online.

Not wanting to give it away, Lopez, who was in good spirits quipped, "Barbra Streisand!"

Lopez, who divorced Ali Landry following a short, two-week marriage, is happily married to Courtney Mazza, with whom he has two children, three-year-old Gia and Nico, 1, reported Latina.

With infidelity rumors surrounding the break up, Lopez opened up about the importance of timing and meeting the right person.

"The timing in your life as an individual, the timing in the other person's, it's really gotta make sense," said the dimpled celebrity. "And I was so blessed to meet my wife when I did. I wasn't necessarily looking to get married, but I was looking for a companion or maybe to just kinda chill," he added.

Based on his experience, "There is no 'right one.' You can meet an amazing girl but if she comes when you're not ready, you're just gonna mess it up."
