Move over Mariah Carey. Nick Cannon now has his focus on another woman.

Nick Cannon's marriage may allegedly be in shambles but he continues to make headlines professionally. A rep for the "Wild 'N Out" host has confirmed to E! News that Cannon has signed on to be Amber Rose's manager.

"Amber Rose is indeed a client under Nick's NCredible Entertainment Management Team," said the rep.

The New York Post reported that the pair met on Thursday in New York and ironed out a deal.

The two worked together previously when the 33-year-old mogul cast Rose, 30, in his film "School Dance" this year and per Mail Online, Cannon has already lined up a television series and book deal for the blonde.

"[I said] 'Nick! Look! I would really really like to have a part in this movie, if you could write me in somehow or just give me a role' and that's exactly what he did,'" she told The Source via Daily Mail.

"So, it was just really cool. Me and Nick are good friends. Just being on set with all of those comedians was just hilarious. We laughed until we cried every day," said Amber who used to be signed with Ford Models, on their professional friendship.

Rose, a former flame of Kanye West, is now married to rapper Wiz Khalifa. The two are parents to a kid named Sebastian.

Nick Cannon's Failing Marriage Rumors

While his career maybe smooth sailing, Cannon and Carey are said to be preparing for divorce.

"Mariah has started the divorce process. She's getting all her ducks in a row," said a source to E! News about the couple. The two are said to be living separately at the moment but Cannon is reportedly trying to mend the relationship.

Presently, the pair remain cordial with each other and both are able to see their twins, Monroe and Moroccan Scott on a daily basis, said Page Six but they tell a different story about Cannon.

An insider revealed that the "America's Got Talent" host is staying in a downtown Manhattan hotel and moving on in a big way.

"He's not trying to hide - he's moving on and he's going after women," shared the source.

Whatever the case, Nick has taken it upon himself to be Mariah's protector. The celebrity took to Twitter to address comments about his estranged wife. In 19 tweets Cannon declared his uncoditional love for Carey, 45.

"At this difficult time I would ask all civilized people to please respect my family and this process. What infuriates me most is to hear people slander @MariahCarey . I will forever be in debted to her for blessing me with our children," said the megastar

"I will always love her unconditionally for this and so much more. @MariahCarey is an amazing Mother and I trust her wholeheartedly," he wrote.
