Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice' Release Date, Cast & Trailer: Zack Snyder Reveals Batmobile in Stunning New Photo

"Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice," a crossover sci-fi film that features two classic superheroes hits the big screen on 2016. The movie is directed by Zachary Edward Snyder, the same person behind "300" in 2006, "Sucker Punch" in 2011 and "Man of Steel" in 2013.

There are no updates on the movie's plot, but the cast list has got interesting names. Ben Affleck plays Batman while Henry Cavill plays Clark Kent Superman.

Other cast members are Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman / Arthur Curry, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince / Wonder Woman, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, among others.

International Business Times UK earlier reported that new pictures of Batman's concept car, the Batmobile, have leaked online. The Batmobile is allegedly one of the production materials used for filming in Detroit.

IBT said in another report that the movie was being filmed on a seaside port, and that the Batmobile might be involved. The source added that a chase scene with a lot of stunts was also shot.

The film reportedly made use of a Batman double for a scene where Batman stood over a 40 story crane, the source said. "Most of this shooting has been stunt double heavy."

Originally coming from Instagram, Huffington Post revealed the uploader to be amacro13. The Instagram user's post, however, came after Snyder's original teaser photo of the concept car.

Snyder, after seeing the leaked photos, posted the real deal himself. He uploaded a picture of the Batmobile on Twitter, captioning the photo, "Here's a real picture of the #Batmobile."

Just a little later, the Batmobile's photographer Clay Enos tweeted, "iPhone photography is great but some things deserve more #batmobile (Nikon D800 ISO 500 24mm f/11 1/25th sec)."

No official  movie trailer is available yet--with only costume and ride teasers keeping the fans at bay before the film hits the big screen on March 25, 2016.
