What will Miami Heat's Starting Lineup Look Like for the 2014-15 Season? Rumors, Players, & Rosters

The "Departure Era" has begun as the Miami Heat look to move on from the their recent heartbreak.

In a matter of days, the Heat have seen their stock rise and fall with Las Vegas odds setters. Still, it appears Miami Heat General Manager Pat Riley is doing his best to plug the holes of his sinking ship.

With the Heat re-signing center Chris Bosh to a max deal, speculators are analyzing the unforeseen costs.

Bosh was once the leader of the Toronto Raptors, but they failed to make the playoffs during his tenure. It will be interesting to see whether Bosh is worth the franchise player money that Riley has offered.

Replacing LeBron James is no small order, but Riley has done his best by getting the next best free agent small forward, Luol Deng.

Deng established himself in the NBA by playing second fiddle to Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose, and has inserted himself as being one of the top defensive and offensive combo players in the league.

It's impossible to replace the best player in the league, but for the right price, Deng has been an interesting addition to Miami Heat.

The Heat have begun work on re-signing some of their previous players from last year. Guard Mario Chalmers signed a two-year deal with the team after looking pretty shoddy in the NBA playoffs, but it seems Riley has faith in Chalmers, however unwarranted.

The latest rumor circling the Miami Heat is the acquisition of Chicago Bull Carlos Boozer. The Bulls are expected to amnesty Boozer, which would mean 'paying him to leave' to the tune of $16 million.

If that happens, Boozer would be free to leave to any team he chooses. Boozer has stated that he wants to play in Miami, and with his size and strength it would make a great fit.

Boozer is a seasoned vet, so the Heat could give him a slim contract while they look to attract another big time name.

For everything that LeBron James took away from Miami, there are various advantages that come with the territory. Without James the Heat have the cap space to build a team, rather than just a "Big Three."

As we all saw in the NBA Finals, a couple superstars can be taken down by a well-oiled team.

Perhaps it's possible the Miami Heat are looking to take a page out of the San Antonio Spurs book of secrets.
