Model Kate Upton has a new gig, and it's Katie Holmes' old job.

Upton is now the face of makeup brand Bobbi Brown, which was announced today. Upton took to Instagram to share her news. She said, "So happy to finally announce I am the new face of@bobbibrown!! Honored to work with@justbobbibrown!"

In the image, she is seen flaunting her bold, dark eyebrows while looking pretty natural.

She is the second celebrity model, according to Huffington Post. The ads will roll out in July on makeup counters, but they won't be in magazines until September.

Upton, whose star has been on the rise the last few years, said in press release, "I'm thrilled to be the face of Bobbi Brown cosmetics. Bobbi is an American success story - she created a global brand from an idea that women can be beautiful being exactly who they are and I love that."

If it sounds as though Upton really understands this brand, it's because she does. Her mom and two older sisters have used Bobbi Brown her whole life.

"Bobbi's makeup is so light, and I'm such a Florida girl, that it just goes along with my lifestyle," she said to Vogue.

Basically, it's a perfect match.

Brown also explained that picking Kate Upton wasn't just because of her looks. "Not only is she incredibly beautiful - she is healthy, comfortable in her own skin, has such positive energy, and is a woman who creates her own rules," Brown said.

Upton also impressed the president of the brand, Maureen Case, who described her as a real woman.

"She has a personality that people can connect with, and one that Bobbi connected with personally," she said. "The Bobbi Brown brand celebrates 'be who you are beauty' in whatever form that takes, and we believe Kate is another iteration of what this brand is about... fresh, modern, classic and cool."
