London Fashion Week 2014: Cara Delevingne's Surprise, Jay-Z Favorite Tom Ford Presents & a New Batch of Designers

New York Fashion Week officially called it a wrap on Thursday night, but fear not, there are still three more weeks left of fashion month. London kicked things off Friday with about 15 shows, including FELDER FELDER, Todd Lynn and Daks. Here's what's coming up during London Fashion Week.

Mulberry's Surprise

Instead of hosting its normal show, Mulberry, who has yet to replace its creative director who left in September, is doing a photocall, reported the Telegraph. Not much is known about its fall 2014 collection other than Cara Delevingne will be involved. In a video for the brand, the model simply says, "See you Sunday."

Erdem's Florals

In yet another example that having a signature style is not a bad thing, Erdem will most likely be showing another floral inspired collection. British celebrities, such as Michelle Dockery, are often seen in the gowns, but more and more Americans are starting to become fans. Erdem will show Feb. 17.

Tom Ford

Season after season, the designer's show has received rave reviews. And it's simply because he's one of the best. If you're only going to look at a handful of shows, this is one that needs to be on your list. There's a reason Jay-Z wrote a song in tribute to him. Ford will also show on Feb. 17.

New to LFW

Mother of Pearl, Whistles, Joseph and Marks & Spencer are new to the schedule, according to British Vogue. Joseph is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its Fulham Road store, and labels, such as Balmain, Jonathan Saunders and Giles, are creating capsule collections for the brand.

Less Intense

NYFW is one of the most intense weeks ever. It seems every season, there are more and more shows added to the roster, but London Fashion Week is at a more manageable size.
