Tom Holland shares photos on how he stays fit and agile for his upcoming role as "Spider-Man" in Marvel's remake of the web-slinging superhero.

In a video posted over Instagram, Holland showed his athleticism while trying out a new Airtrack mat in what looks like his typical day in the gym.

"Thank you @GymaidLtd and GJTC for an awesome day and thank you so much for the awesome Airtrack mat. I can't wait to have a play. It was so good to be back in the gym so thank you thank you thank you for getting me started again!" the actor wrote.

Of course, such skills did not go unnoticed particularly by entertainment news outlets.

After admitting that they were not excited about another Spider-Man remake, Cinema Blend seemed to have changed their opinion about the idea particularly after seeing how Holland fits the role perfectly.

"We're excited to see a young, and energetic actor take on the role of Peter Parker. We weren't all that excited for another bloody Spider-Man movie, but the more we see of this kid, the more excited we can't help but get," the report explained.

Hit Fix echoes this opinion and even lauded the actor for "eschewing gender norms" by taking gymnastic classes for the film while Comic Book believes that Marvel had "literally found Spider-Man" when they decided to assign him to the role.

Cinema Blend continued expressing their admiration for the young actor's skills and determination and even said that he might not need any stuntman or special effects to succeed in portraying Peter Parker's alter-ego.

In the past, Holland had already showed his agility in several posts in social media platforms including a couple that shows how he flips in the air.

"Each of his flips get increasingly more eye-popping. Holland starts with a front flip off his porch and moves ahead into a side flip and brings it all together with backflip for the finale," the outlet described the stunts he made.

Holland would debut as Spider-Man/Peter Parker in the upcoming Marvel film "Captain America: Civil War" which would be released in theaters next year.

According to rumors about the film, he is expected to side with Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark who makes him an Iron Man-like Spider-suit after he is recruited to the Avengers.

However, as the team is divided into two, he would later change alliances and revert to the less electronically controlled suit he became popular in.

He would then be starring in a solo "Spider-Man" film due for release in 2017.
