The new Microsoft Lumia designs boast of sleekness and elegance and according to the leaks for Lumia 950 and it's larger 950 XL version, they will be the first smartphones to run on Windows 10 mobile.

There is a lot of anticipation for the upcoming Lumia flagship gadgets. According to Phones Review, many are looking forward to the official specs and more, but as of this moment, all that we have to go on are rumors, as none of these leaks have been verified by the company.

However, there have been prototype renders concerning these models and designer Lucas Silva has come up with some prototypes. Among his version of the Lumia 950 handsets show the rear camera unit encircled by a silver ring with triple LED flash with a slight curvature on the back of the handset.

The Windows 10 Mobile is emphasized on the front phone, however, Concept Phones noted that this is on older version and that the newer renders show slim bezels.

As for the features of the phone, Neuro Gadget noted that the Lumia 950 will come with a 5.2-inch display while the 950 XL is slightly larger at 5.7 inches. The Lumia 950 is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 while the larger model comes with a far superior Qualcomm Snapdragon 810.

The devices will come with 32GB internal storage and 3GB or RAM. As for photography buffs, the primary cameras are expected to be at 20MP, while the secondary camera goes at 5MP. The Talkman and Cityman (codenames for 950 and 950 XL, respectively) are also noted by REM to come with a Matte White or black polycarbonate body, and iris scanner for Windows Hello, 3000 mAh removable battery, Qi wireless charging with flip cover and a Type C USB port.

Microsoft hasn't confirmed or denied any of the rumors surrounding their latest gizmos, however, the company is said to be gearing up for a big launch. According to REM, the company is also expected to launch a slimmer version of the Xbox and the Surface Pro 4 is the talk of the town with its release date coming up so soon.

That being said, with the company expecting the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL to be the company's saving grace, it's a safe bet that Microsoft will be putting their best foot forward to save their mobiles phone division.
