Excitement for the highly anticipated "Hunger Games" concluding film continues to heat up as its makers released the teaser of its much-awaited trailer due less than a week from now.

The question of whether or not Jennifer Lawrence's character, Katniss Everdeen, will be ending the deadly "Hunger Games" continues to linger as fans patiently wait for the trailer of "Mockingjay Part 2" due in theaters this November.

The intense teaser for the franchise-ender's trailer released by Lionsgate was featured in different news outlets including the Daily Mail over the weekend, leaving fans drooling for more.

According to the report, the 15-second video clip shows the movie's bow- and arrow-wielding protagonist leading a band of rebels from the Districts towards a burning Capitol, a clear depiction of the revolution chant left by the first installment of "Mockingjay": "If we burn, you burn with us!"

As the short-but-sweet teaser comes to an end, Katniss, District 12's "Girl on Fire," is shown preparing to launch an arrow towards a target which had not been revealed in the clip, with an ending phrase: "In one week: the worldwide trailer release."

According to the International Business Times, the clip is referring to the official full trailer of the film scheduled for release on Friday, July 24.

The studio released the first teaser of the film last month showing Lawrence's character clad in a red armored suit backed by rebels clothed in white Peace Keeper suits, gearing up for the final battle.

"What I like about these movies is that they take the entire world, and they condense it into this one continent, and they take all of these issues and one girl, who took it in her hands," the actress told the audience during the San Diego Comic-Con last week.

During the event, the International Business Times was able to get a gist of the Hunger Games finale, particularly in the way it would be showcased.

According to the report, the filmmakers have always tried to portray Suzanne Collins' creation as it was written in the books.

Lawrence also expressed how her role in the franchise changed her life, and added that the characters she portrayed become a permanent part of her, making farewells more difficult.

The Hunger Games franchise also became a gold mine for Lionsgate after it earned the studio a hefty $2.2 billion at the global box office since its first film was released in theaters back in 2012.
