Something's cooking in the Savannah Home of the woman dubbed as "The Queen of Southern Cuisine."

Celebrity chef and restaurateur, Paula Deen, just listed her French Caribbean-themed Georgia residence on the market, and she's asking $12.5 million in return, as reported by the Huffington Post. The estate was nicknamed "The Riverbend" and gives off a "private resort" feel.

The move is part of her future plans to take root in New York City, citing her commitments in the city, and in Los Angeles and Minneapolis, as well, Deen's spokesperson told Huffington Post. But, the Albany, Georgia-native won't be ditching the city of Savannah, altogether, where her food business, The Lady & Sons, and some of her other properties are located.

The cooking show host plans to acquire a new home in NY and also look for another one in Savannah.

She has several endeavors, that's taking a good chunk of her time. Deen just recently opened her new restaurant called "Paula Deen's Family Kitchen" last April 27th in Pigeon Forge, Tenn, as reported in SavannahNow.com.

"Her travel schedule has been extremely hectic with her new projects. She is rapidly expanding her restaurant business," says Deen's publicist, Jaret Keller. And, she has to juggle her food businesses with her digital network and mobile game.

The Wilmington Island home, overlooking the Wilmington River, is 14,500 square feet in size, and is situated on a 5.5-hectare spread. Apart from the house itself, the sale would include a 10,000 square-foot barn where one can find a three-bedroom guest quarters and an eight-car parking space large enough to accommodate two RV's. It also has a separate dock house equipped with a bedroom, kitchen, bath, guest house, and a floating dock, as noted on Greatideas.people.com.

Other features of the property, which was used in Deen's Food Network shows, include an exercise room, professional gourmet kitchen with commercial-grade appliances, a media room with projector, a study aviary, saltwater fish tank, and an expansive private master suite with custom dressing area.

On the outside, the new owner of this house can get to enjoy a swimming pool, a stocked half-an-acre pond, croquet court, Koi pond, a chicken coop, an ice room with professional ice machine, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with with 4 refrigerators, 3 grills, 1 smoker, 1 electric oven, and an ice maker, the Greatideas.people.com also notes.
