While most couples will wait a couple of years before getting married to each other for the second time, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard decided that one wedding celebration is not enough.

After being married at Depp's Hollywood home last Tuesday, the couple tied the knot once again on Sunday, this time though, on Depp's private island in the Bahamas. The Daily Mail noted that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star wanted a repeat of their vows in front of their loved ones on the 45-acre island that he purchased over a decade ago. According to MTV, Depp bought the island in 2004 for $3,6 million, while he was still together with Vanessa Paradis, and had one of the beaches named after her.

E! News said that the bride was a vision in white in her vintage-style lace dress with a deep V-neck and long sleeves. The bridesmaids wore blush-colored gowns and white stilettos that they wore for all of five minutes before kicking them off to walk barefoot in the sand.

According to the New York Daily News, Depp exchanged vows with Heard in front of their closest family and friends on one of the island's six private beaches, under a white marquee decorated with lots of flowers. The intimate wedding is said to seat only 24.

Depp's children from his previous marriage with actress Vanessa Paradis, 15-year-old Lily Rose and 12-year-old Jack, were also reported to be present.

A source told People about the couple's second wedding, "Johnny's private island is a tropical paradise. Wedding guests were treated to an amazing weekend that ended with a romantic beach ceremony. Guests relaxed on the beaches, had fun snorkeling and enjoyed food cooked by private chefs. Everyone seemed to have the best time. It was a very celebratory vibe."

The couple also wanted a laid-back feel. A source for the Sunday Express said, "Amber did her own hair and make-up and Johnny was as laid-back as usual. But there has been a genuine glow about them since Wednesday, when they officially became man and wife... They wanted to do it all again on the beach and... (celebrate) with friends because they love the island and want it to be a continuing part of their lives together."

The couple looked happy during their exchange of vows as Depp and Heard were reported to be constantly smiling and gazing into each other's eyes.

What do you think about Depp's and Heard's exchange of vows, do you think this marriage will last as long as Depp's did with former wife Vanessa Paradis?
