DC's upcoming film "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will no doubt showcase a lot of interactions between iconic superheroes Batman and Superman. For the supporting cast, however, it's still unclear how their characters would play out in the movie, or whether or not they will share scenes with the lead actors.

Amy Adams, who reprises her role as Superman/Clark Kent's love interest Lois Lane, revealed that she has a scene together with Ben Affleck, who portrays Batman/Bruce Wayne.

In an interview with Moviefone, the "Big Eyes" actress confirmed that her character will interact with the Caped Crusader.

"He's hot! Sorry, Jen. I have the utmost respect for your relationship, but he looks fantastic. And the work that I did with him, I think it's going to be great," Adams told Moviefone, in response to the interviewer's question about Affleck's portrayal of Batman.

Adams' Lois Lane previously appeared in 2013's "Man of Steel" as the strong-willed Daily Planet journalist. She starred opposite Henry Cavill, who will also reprise his role in "Batman V Superman," Cinema Blend reports.

The actress didn't reveal how Lois and Batman will interact with each other, but Cinema Blend noted that her character might attempt "to track down the mysterious Gotham City vigilante if he has shown up in Metropolis." The investigative journalist would probably find out herself that Bruce Wayne and Batman are the same person.

Batman and Superman maintained a good friendship in the comic book series, according to the news outlet. However, Lois and Batman scarcely had any interactions outside the involvement of Superman. Some remarkable exceptions to this are "World's Finest," the three-part crossover between "Superman: The Animated Series" and "The New Batman Adventures," which came out in the 1990s.

"In those episodes, Lois and Bruce Wayne became romantically involved during his trip to Metropolis -- much to Clark's dismay. Lois eventually discovered Bruce was Batman when he was unmasked during a fight with a Lexcorp robot The Joker sicced on him," Cinema Blend reports.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" Cast and Production

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is directed by Zack Snyder, with David Goyer as the screenwriter, according to Cinema Blend in a separate report. The film is produced by Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder.

Aside from Cavill, Affleck, and Adams, other cast members include Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Bruce Wayne/Batman's loyal butler Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Ma Kent, and Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Movie Web reports.

The film is set to hit theaters on March 25, 2016, Movie Web noted.
