Human Barbie Strangled; Valeria Lukyanova Attacked Outside of Home

By Staff Reporter| Nov 07, 2014

Valeria Lukyanova, also known as Human Barbie, was reportedly discharged from a hospital after being treated for wounds on her neck, head and lips, reported UPI.

According to the report, two strangers attacked Lukyanova outside of her home on Halloween night. "I was attacked by the entrance of my block of flats," Mail Online quoted Human Barbie as saying.

"I came back home from a shop with bags and entered the door code when two men rushed from the dark and attacked me," she added in the Mail Online report.

"They said nothing and did not try to rob me. It happened in a flash, they hit me on the head, several times on my jaw, then one of them began strangling me.

"If it wasn't for my [neighbor] who suddenly appeared, I don't know what would have happened. They saw her and ran away," Lukyanova shared.

Mail Online reported that according to Human Barbie, the perpetrators could be one of the haters plaguing her for years already. "She claimed she had received threats for two years, with 'strangers' calling her phone and menacing her," said the report.

Despite looking a lot like a Barbie doll, some are not so impressed with Lukyanova's looks.

Several users have posted not-so-nice comments on her Instagram account. One from heyitsshivaniii reads: "she is very rude and denies she's human, she badmouths humans too."

In sum, users are accusing her of being plastic and fake, mainly due to the alleged surgeries she has had to become Human Barbie. But in an earlier GQ interview, Lukyanova maintained she has had no more than one surgery.

But, she also said: "Everyone wants a slim figure. Everyone gets breasts done. Everyone fixes up their face if it's not ideal, you know? Everyone strives for the golden mean. It's global now."

Interestingly, Mail Online reported that Lukyanova could soon be ditching her whole Human Barbie image for an Amazon Woman look.

"She had a beautiful and warlike figure, the body of an Amazon," she said in the Mail Online report, referencing to a female warrior of Greek mythology.

"I want the same magnificent figure. I no longer like my body," she remarked, as quoted in the Mail Online report. "It needs some muscle."

Should Human Barbie decide to become Amazon Woman anytime soon, it would mean goodbye to the looks which had people buzzing in the first place. Then again, with over 100K followers on Instagram and over 1 million likes on Facebook, that most likely won't pose as a problem.
