"Game of Thrones" fans should get ready to rejoice with the latest news that the show's Lannister clan portraying stars, Charles Dance and Lena Headey, are chosen to be a part of the "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" movie cast.

According to Deadline, the two "GoT" stars who play the roles of Tywin and Cersei Lannister in the hit HBO series are on board the film adaptation that features a mashed up genre of horror and classic literature.

However, it remains unclear which specific characters will the two actors portray in the movie.

Dance and Headey are the latest names to join the growing cast of the film adaptation that is expected to be a remarkable ensemble. They will be joining other stars like Matt Smith as Mr. Collins, Emma Greenwell as Ms. Bingley, Jack Huston as Mr. Wickham, and Lily James as Elizabeth Bennet.

The Screen Gems acquired movie has been passed around for some time due to conflicts of who will serve as its working crew, from its director, writers and producer.

There were previous reports that mentioned Natalie Portman's intentions to be in the movie as its producer. This was backed up with speculations of David O. Russell taking on the director's chair.

It was confirmed that Portman will produce the film but Burr Steers will helm the movie, instead.

Steers' directorial works, according to Screenrant, include Zac Efron-led movies like "Charlie St. Cloud" and "17 Again." He has done a number of television projects such as 2002's "Igby Goes Down," "Weeds," and "Big Love."

The critically acclaimed parody book, "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies", written by Seth Graeme-Smith, was first published in 2009. It garnered a lot of attention due to the twist of zombies added on the classic literature plot penned by Jane Austen. With its fair amount of success, it was no surprise at all that it will be turned into a movie to hit the big screen in the soonest possible time.

Filming schedule started on September 24 and is expected to meet its release date sometime in 2015, states Hollywood Reporter. No trailer has been shared yet by the film outfit as of the moment.
