V. Stiviano is still fighitng Donald Sterling and his wife, Shelly, and her new claims are nothing short of controversial.

According to TMZ, Stiviano insisted that she never had sexual liaisons with the billionaire lawyer because Donald is allegedly gay and he only used her as a "beard." The 80-year-old businessman only asked for her services to cover the fact that he allegedly likes to go out with men.

In a lawsuit filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Stiviano stated that Donald "enjoys sexual acts and/or sexual congress with males," TMZ reported. Stiviano also claimed that Shelly knew about her husband's sexual orientation and she "acknowledged and approved [Donald's] gifts of money [to Stiviano]."

Stiviano has also filed a $10 million defamation lawsuit against the couple for calling her a "thief," TMZ added.

Earlier this year, Sterling was declared mentally incompetent to handle his businesses and the ownership of the family trust was given to his wife.

Page Six said that Shelly took control of the Los Angeles Clippers and later on, sold the team for $2 billion to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.

Sterling's downfall reportedly began when he made racist comments on Stiviano which were leaked on the web. He allegedly "chastised his gal pal for bringing 'black people' to Clippers games, singling out NBA legend Magic Johnson."

"Don't put him [Magic] on an Instagram for the world to have to see," Donald said. "And don't bring him to my games," Page Six quoted Sterling as saying.

In an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper, Sterling tried to redeem himself from the issue but embarrassed himself more because of the tirade of comments he again threw on Johnson.

"What kind of a guy goes to every city, has sex with every girl, then he catches HIV? I think he should be ashamed of himself. I think he should go into the background. But what does he do for the black people? He doesn't do anything," Sterling said.

In a separate interview with CNN, Magic advised Sterling to sell the Clippers and enjoy the rest of his life.

"It's sad. It really is. I'm going to pray for this ... man," Johnson told CNN. He also noted that the billionaire businessman never apologized to him for his racist comments.

"What's really sad is, it's not about me. This is about the woman you love outing you and taping you and putting your conversation out here for everybody to know. ... This is between you two, but then he wants to include me," he added.
