Music industry power-couple Beyonce and Jay Z appear to be the targets of a new music video that's surfaced online called "Sorry Mrs. Carter". This comes along with news that Beyonce has met with her legal team to talk about her and Jay Z's combined assets, according to a report.

"Your man he likes model chicks, he likes all naturally flawless model chicks like me. What up Jay?" the woman says in her video.

"You know what I was gonna respect you but since you crossed over into my lane it's time to check you," the woman called Liv says, apparently toward Beyonce.

The video has gotten more than 1 million views since being posted on Monday under the Youtube.com account YesLivCan. It's called "Open Letter to Mrs. Carter," which references Beyonce. She even draws attention to her hair, saying that "all 54 inches of that is my natural hair. It never stays in place," which is a dig at the pop superstar, suggesting that Beyonce uses hair extensions or weave, or wigs.

Liv has drawn tabloid attention for sometime, according to reports. EW.com reports that the alleged mistress, "has joined the chorus of gossip magazines and anonymous sources claiming Beyoncé and Jay Z are on the rocks by releasing 'Sorry Mrs. Carter,' a song disputing the allegations but still apologizing to Beyoncé. It remains somewhat unclear what exactly she's apologizing to Beyoncé for. Not sleeping with her husband? Jay Z's supposed bad behavior with other women? This song's quality, maybe?"

As eonline.com reports, Beyonce might be looking into how to possibly split up her assets with her rapper husband should they divorce. "A source tells E! News exclusively that Bey has been taking meetings to discuss the future of her assets. And while this may raise a red flag, it's also nothing new for a celeb of her monetary stature to meet with someone to make sure things are in line," the website reported.
