M83 has released its new song, "I Need You," and it is absolutely perfect for the futuristic flick "Divergent."

The song starts off really slowly, but it picks up, even throwing in a saxophone solo during the bridge. The song debuted on BuzzFeed on Wednesday, which described the song as sounding "kind of like if Bon Iver strapped into an armored robot suit, then saved the world while the sun rose."

The sci-fi film, which will be released on March 21, takes place in an post-apocalyptic Chicago, where people are divided into five factions. Main character Tris learns that she's Divergent, and that she doesn't fit into any one faction. This ultimately leads her to discovering that her world is not what it seems to be. The film is adapted from Veronica Roth's best-selling novel of the same name. 

There really couldn't be a better choice than French band M83 for the film's soundtrack; the band is named after a galaxy.

This isn't the first time M83 has collaborated on a soundtrack. Anthony Gonalez, one of the band's co-founders, wrote music for "Oblivion," starring  Tom Cruise, and for his brother's movie. "You And The Night," according to Consequence of Sound.

Other big names will also be featured on the soundtrack, including Ellie Goulding, Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, Skrillex, Tame Imapala and Snow Patrol.
