Victoria Beckham is a longtime high-heel lover, so when a flat catches her eye, it rightfully makes waves.

In a recent Instagram picture, the 39-year-old fashion designer shared her new shoe love, a pair of velvet slippers from Stubbs & Wootton. She captioned it, "Obsessed with my @stubbsandwootton slippers!#livinginthesetillshowday !"

Her followers responded by being confused.

"Well they don't look like you've had them on your feet," said one user. Another pointed out what we're all thinking, "I thought you only wear heels."

Yes, that's definitely mostly true. When she was part of the Spice Girls, the other members wore platforms, sneakers and a combination of the two. Posh Spice, on the other hand, stuck to heels and has shown her loyalty to them by wearing only the best and highest since. But she has been spotted wearing flats before on rare occasions, such as this past October.

For her first fashion presentation, she wore hotel slippers before the event, according to E! News.

"I was downstairs with the florist in a pair of hotel slippers at about four o'clock in the morning redoing the flowers because I didn't like how the flowers looked," she said.

Other than using Instagram and Twitter to get people talking about her shoe choice, she's also using her social media platforms as a way to connect her followers to her fashion brand.

From model castings to fittings schedules, she's showing what steps she takes to get ready for her Sunday show.

She's also taken to sharing the comical "No Smoking" signs she's come across while in New York.

"No smoking unless you're on fire," reads one, which Beckham says is a great point.

Oh, it's just another day in the fabulous life of Victoria Beckham.
