In a move fit for a rap god, Kanye West has announced that he will debut his highly-anticipated "Swish" album -- now called "Waves," with a live performance at the Madison Square Garden on February 11. Some remain doubtful, however, that Kanye will stick with the name "Waves," as it is already the third name that he's given the compilation: before "Waves," he dubbed it "So Help Me God."

The concert, which is called the "world premiere of the album" will be making waves across the globe, as it is set to be broadcast in theaters worldwide, as reported by the New York Daily News.

Along with the debut, Kanye is also expected to present the latest in his fashion line, Yeezy Season 3, along with Italian contemporary artist Vanessa Beecroft.

Presale tickets will be available on Wednesday on Ticketmaster, but the general public can't get their hands on them until Friday.

"Waves" is the long-awaited follow-up to Kanye's 2013 album, "Yeezus." To celebrate its finish, he decided to share an image of a notepad that listed all the tracks, as well as an additional one called "Ultra Light Beams."

Always one to celebrate himself, Kanye tweeted "So happy to be finished with the best album of all time." He even said that the album should not be considered "best album" of 2016, but rather, "album of the life."

The so-called more-than-best-album of the year already has had two official releases, as noted by Entertainment Weekly: "Real Friends" and "No more Parties in LA," which featured the musical stylings of Kendrick Lamar.

Kanye is not one to shy away from collaborations. It is somewhat surprising that neither of his projects with Beatles' member Paul McCartney made it to the playlist, and neither did his 2015 hit, "All Day."

Of course, there is also the possibility that he's holding back other information, as his wife, Kim Kardashian, was the one who teased that Kanye will be releasing  a new track from the album every Friday until the premiere.

However, the new track every Friday only held true for two weeks. Kanye released "Real Friends" on January 8, and even then, was late in dropping "No More Parties in LA."

Meanwhile, after hearing Kanye's latest album teased on Twitter, the band Wavves, said that they will name their next album "Kanye."

What do you think of Kanye's plan in debuting his latest music as a concert rather than the typical iTunes or record release?
